Today I taught a “Making Faces” workshop to ten friendly ladies from North Coast Needlers Quilt Guild. We had a great time. I always love the moment when the portraits begin to really look like the actual person. Everyone gets so excited! I usually take progress pictures at various stages. Often, you can begin to see the likeness in the digital camera before you can see it in the fabric quilt top.
