An unexpected Christmas gift came early this year! DD#2 and her hubby were helping a friend, and they got these library card catalog cabinets for me!!! And they got them FOR FREE!!!
They brought home three units with fifteen drawers each. This picture shows the three units stacked on top of each other.
Isn’t my family wonderful? I told DD#2 that she didn’t need to give me gifts for the next three Christmases.
I know I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. I absolutely LOVE cubbyholes and little drawers, so this is a dream come true. Now I just have to decide where to put them 🙂

Marie, I can’t wait to hear what you do with them. I have one but it is for small cards and it holds our old cassette tapes perfectly, but I guess it is time ot update its use and get rid of the tapes! What are you going to put in yours? Belinda In Oregon
I’m not entirely sure yet, Belinda. I’ve been wandering around the house visualizing all the places it might fit, but I really think I want it in my studio. So, I’ve been brainstorming the possibilities. I even considered putting them under the bookcases, but have decided against that option. I may use the to replace the mail-sorting cubbyholes, but then I’d have to find a new place for that, too!
