I’m always amazed at how much “quilting time” is taken up by the little things. Stuff like making labels, sewing on sleeves, taking pictures, filling out entry forms, preparing quilts for shipment. The list of little, necessary activities seems endless.
This weekend I decided to mount my journal quilts from each year on a single sleeve with descriptive labels. Yes, they were originally mounted on a 4″ sleeve so they could be displayed at the International Quilt Festival in Houston, but through the years they had been removed for various reasons.
