    I finished quilting my quilt yesterday morning. Just simple lines following the curves of the piecing. It’s been quite a while since I’ve done any quilting, so I was pretty rusty.     I heard through the APQS Facebook page that “Windblown” won a ribbon at the 2013 Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival in Hampton, Virginia this weekend. Woohoo!!! It won Best Wall Quilt! I’m so excited. I had not heard the news. Thanks, APQS.
