nc2-proj1part3-05I worked fairly diligently today — at least several hours — and I’m making progress. I still want to work on the two lower corners. I haven’t done a very good job working those out yet, but maybe I’ll have another hour or two after dinner. I’m also considering making the edges curved rather than having the quilt be a strict rectangle. I can see pros and cons of both. I think that’s what I like best about quiltmaking. It’s a series of little problems that need to be solved.

  1. Lookin’ good! I really like what you have going on now. And the idea of curved edges is a favorite of mine. Why always be so square? 🙂

    1. That’s what I’ve been thinking, too, Mary.

Lookin’ good! I think you are right, the lower corners need a little more of “something”, maybe more brown? I’ll tell Nancy next time I see yer that you are diligently working away!! Keep it up!

    1. Thanks, Beth! Hope to do some quilting on George today. Just can’t decide on the color thread to use.
