I received a lovely surprise today. Meryl Ann Butler emailed me to let me know that Windblown is on the front page today! See it there at the bottom of the photo to the left?
Meryl Ann wrote a terrific article, “Move Over, Monet: Quilt Art is Fine Art” and she included a photo of Windblown along with my brief description of my goals for that particular quilt. Be sure to pop over and read the article. There are some terrific quilts included in her article.

That was a great piece and Windblown an excellent example to illustrate her point…do you have an entry at the show this year?
No, not this year. I’ve had my head in the sand preparing for a some upcoming workshops — some that I’m teaching and one that I’m taking.
