I can’t believe it is already the end of 2014! This has been a busy, eventful year for our family. Being “Mimi” means a lot of quilt making gets put on hold temporarily so I can focus completely on little Hazel, but I expect in the coming year things should start balancing out more.
Here are a few of the bright spots for 2014. Click the caption for the full story behind each picture.
In addition, I was thrilled to help DD#2 during the year as she spent more time developing Purposeful Gift. She traveled quite a bit, speaking to various groups about their experience. We designed magnets, postcards, and various handouts for her, and we successfully navigated the paperwork so that Purposeful Gift now has 501(c)(3) status.
I also had the joy of working alongside my sweet hubby as we serve our church, Calvary Chapel of Dayton. During the year our church did various upgrades to our church including building a picnic shelter. I upgraded the website and redesigned our sign. If you live in the area or just traveling through, come and join us!
